Delivery and Returns 発送・返品

Price and payment


Prices on are in the British Pounds and include the UK value added tax. Payment is taken via Stripe secure payment system. Your credit card is charged in the British pound and the latest exchange rate will apply for international customer. Other taxes are not included. Customers outside the EU are responsible for paying other taxes and import duties, which vary from country to country. Please contact local authorities for import tax.

If your delivery address is outside the EU, we are happy to reimburse the VAT once the delivery is made. It will be credited to the same credit card you have used for payment. We do not make any cash reimbursement.

Delivery cost


All of our products are dispatched from London, the United Kingdom.

We offer two options for international customers outside the UK;  free shipping world-wide via Royal Mail or flat rate £60 for FedEx. Please select upon checkout.

For UK customers, we offer free shipping via Royal Mail or courier service depending on the price of the purchased product.

We kindly ask UK and international customers to cover shipping costs for both ways should they wish to return products. Please read carefully the Can I Return Products? section below.

All the products will be shipped via Royal Mail Special delivery or First Class Signed-For or Malca-Amit/FedEx with tracking numbers.

It is very important for you to provide an accurate address. We cannot guarantee you receive products if an wrong address is provided.

If nobody is available to receive the product at the specified delivery address and the product is returned to us, we will still charge you the shipping cost and handling fee of 10 percent of the product price. The rest of the money will be reimbursed to your credit card.

If you still want to have the product redelivered, we will have to charge the shipping cost for the redelivery but not the handling fee.

For U.S. costumers, we recommend the FedEx option if you need your item by a specific date as Royal Mail shipments are treated as "registered mail" in the United States. From our experience, it typically takes 2-3 weeks for the U.S. customs to process a package.










When can I expect my orders to arrive?

All orders received through the iKuria online boutique are processed and, if the stock is available, dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of receiving the order. Therefore, depending on the availability of stock, your products will usually be with you in just a few days within the UK, up to 2 weeks in Europe and up to 3 weeks in the rest of the world.


Can I receive products at a different delivery address from the billing address?

In some instances the items you order will be delivered by courier. If no one will be able to sign for the goods at your contact address you may wish to send the goods to an address where someone will be able to accept the goods during normal business hours (i.e.. a work address).
If the items you order are intended for a gift you may wish to have the goods delivered directly to the gift recipient, but have the receipt sent to your own address.




Can I cancel my order?


We want you to be as excited about your jewellery as we are. However you have rights to cancel your order.

To cancel your order with us, notification will be required. You must inform us immediately via email to

Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced and you will still be charged the full price.

If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at the above address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Your right to return cancel your order with us for any goods ordered by you is subject to;
(i) the jewellery not having worn or damaged;
(ii) the security tag not having removed from the item;
(iii) your calling us within 7 days of receiving your goods and receiving
a 'Returns Authorisation number';
(iv) your ensuring that UK returns are received by us within 7 days of
the issuing of a Returns Authorisation number and overseas returns are
shipped within 7 days of the issuing of a Returns Authorisation number.
You will not have any such right insofar as a contract relates to the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Products returned by you, in the same condition in which you received them, and in accordance with this Section and in accordance to our return procedure section, will be refunded in full (excluding the cost of sending the products to you).
If you cancel an order on this basis and you do not return to the products to us, we may recover the products and charge you for the costs we incur in doing so.

Can I return products?

We only accept returns of unworn products in original condition. We regret we may refuse to make a full refund if the returned item has been already worn or not in original condition. Please read how to return items in our FAQ page if they are damaged upon delivery.

To return items within the UK:

  1. Please email us within 7 working days of the receipt of your purchase and ask for a 'Returns Authorisation number'.
  2. Your 'Returns Authorisation number' must be written on the outside of the returned package.
  3. If you are within the UK, we will send you a prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope to return your item or items. The item or items must be securely packed in the original packaging in which you received them. We will not be liable to refund you if the jewellery is returned to us broken. Please do NOT write “jewellery” on the envelope.
  4. If you are an international customer, please wait for individual shipping instructions.
  5. Once we have received the returned item or items we will refund the amount due minus return shipping fee to your credit card. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your valid notice of cancellation.

For returns outside the UK:

  1. Please email us within 7 working days of the receipt of your order and ask for a 'Returns Authorisation number'.
  2. Please select the most cost-effective method of return. We strongly advise you take out insurance to the value of the order. Please ensure you write clearly on the courier paperwork that the item is being returned.
  3. We are not responsible for any item(s) that fail to reach us and for that reason we strongly recommend using FedEx or UPS.
  4. Once we have received the item or items we will refund the amount due to your credit card. Please note initial delivery charges, returns postage, customs duties, import or sales taxes will not be refunded.
  5. If you cancel an order or return products and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your valid notice of cancellation.

一度でも着用した商品については、返品交換をお断りしています。商品到着後7日以内、新品の状態で電子メールで にご連絡下さい。配送を手配させていただきます。送料はご負担ください。直接商品を送ることは避けて下さい。




商品には万全を期していますが到着の際に破損していた場合は、商品到着後2日以内に ご連絡下さい。これ以降の破損のご連絡には対応いたしかねます。
